Myzithra with Semi-Sour Taste consists of another interesting version of sweet Myzithra with a similar delicate flavor. It can be used in traditional pies such as cheese pie, spinach pie and many more. It can also accompany the Greek salad .

Myzithra with Semi-Sour Taste Kalogeraki, is made from sheep and goat milk and whey.

Texture and Color: It is characterized as a soft and creamy white cheese with grains in its mass and of indeterminate shape.

Taste: It has a dry and brackish taste
