6 crust sheets
250 gr. pens, boiled
500 gr. Traditionally Cretan Cheese Kalogeraki
4 eggs
500 ml. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. flour
20 ml olive oil Or teaspoon nutmeg
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
Implementation
In a bowl mix the milk, eggs, flour, nutmeg, add the pasta, Traditionally Cretan Cheese Kalogeraki, crumbled, salt and pepper. In a 38-40 cm pan, lay the leaves, oiling them each time, add the mixture we prepared and turn the leaves inwards making a small hole. Bake the pasta pie for 45-50 'at 180o C and serve.
