"Alifoto" Fresh Creamy Cheese

The uses and the kinds of cheese are as great as the culinary art itself. One of the most “sophisticated” forms of cheese is that of cream.

Kalogeraki's “Alifoto” is a soft, creamy cheese which consists of a tasty snack by spreading it on toasted bread or on a rusk. It can be a perfect accompaniment to every kind of food giving it a special taste. It is made from sheep, goat and cow milk and whey.

Texture and color: It is a soft, creamy, white cheese.

Taste: It has a characteristic brackish taste which gives a fresh sense to the palate.

“Key to success”: The constantly excellent quality and taste of our milk which comes from livestock grazing in mountain and foothill areas of Crete, an island blessed with rich flora.

The production process of all our products is certified according to ISO 22000:2005 quality assurance system and that of IFS standard (International Food Safety).

TIPS

“Alifoto” can be spread on bread instead of butter, with honey or marmalade.

It is an excellent accompaniment to bruschetta with charcuterie or grilled vegetables.
