Salad with peas, mint and myzithra with semi sour taste
250 gr. boiled peas
100 gr. boiled corn
5-6 cherry tomatoes chopped
200 gr. myzithra with semi sour taste
1 small bunch of mint, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 onion, sliced
30ml olive oil
2 tbsp. white balsamic cream
1 lemon balm
Freshly ground pepper
In a deep frying pan, sauté the peas, corn and garlic with 2 tbsp. olive oil for a few minutes.
In a salad bowl, mix the sauteed vegetables, onion, cherry tomatoes, mint, salt and pepper.
Mix the lemon juice with the balsamic cream and the rest of the olive oil.
Add the myzithra, the dressing to the salad and serve with carob nuts.
Tips: We can add a little chopped ham to the salad
