Pasta with Salmon, Myzithra with Semi-Sour Taste and capers

Ingredients:

300 gr. pasta, boiled

300 gr. fresh salmon fillet

2 cloves garlic, sliced

150 gr. Myzithra with Semi-Sour Taste Kalogeraki

100ml sour cream

50 ml white wine

1 tbsp. lemon zest

1 tbsp. capers

20ml olive oil

Freshly ground pepper

Salt

For serving

Implementation 

Put the salmon in a pan, season with salt and pepper and cook for 20 'at 180o C.  Heat the olive oil with the garlic in a saucepan, add the wine and as soon as it evaporates lower the heat, add the cream, the zest, salt and pepper and as soon as the sauce starts to set, add the salmon.  Stir, breaking the salmon into pieces and remove.  Add the capers, the Myzithra with Semi-Sour Taste and serve immediately with basil.  

Tips:

In addition to salmon we can also use tuna in water or cod fillet
