Chicken Legs with Graviera light crust and lemon sauce

10 chicken legs

1,5 cup bread crumbles

550gr Graviera light Kalogeraki

6 full spoons melted butter

1 garlic clove (melted)

Zest of a lemon

1 full spoon honey

Salt, pepper

2 full spoons chopped parsley

For the lemon sauce:

400gr “Prince” Dessert Kalogeraki, with yoghurt culture

7 full spoons mayonnaise

1 lemon juice

1 lemon zest

½ fresh onion chopped

Recipe by Eatme: 



 In a bowl mix the melted butter, honey, garlic. In another bowl mix the bread crumbles together with Graviera light Kalogeraki grated, parsley, salt, pepper and the lemon zest.

Dive one by one the chicken legs firstly in the bowl with butter and then in the bowl with graviera (make sure you cover the whole chicken leg thoroughly).

Put the chicken legs on a grate that you have placed on a pan and bake in a pre-heated oven in 180C for around 40 min until they get a nice golden color.

At the same time, we prepare the lemon sauce. With a spoon mix all the ingredients together in bowl.

Taste and add a bit of a salt.

Serve the chicken legs hot with the lemon sauce on the side and dive into pleasure!
