Ingredients
4 eggs
300gr flour for all purposes
3 teaspoons baking powder
50gr olive oil
140gr milk
250gr Graviera Kritis P.D.O. Kalogeraki
170gr smoked bacon, cut in small pieces
150gr green olives
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
Salt

Implementation
Preheat oven on 180C.
Separate the yolks from the whites and set aside.
In a big bowl put the yolks, flour, baking powder, olive oil, milk, Graviera Kritis P.D.O. Kalogeraki, smoked bacon, olives, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and stir well to mix all the ingredients.
Put the whites in the mixer bowl and whisk in a stiff meringue.
Add the meringue into the ingredients mixture and stir softly to prevent the meringue from deflating.
Oil a pan for cakes and add the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 min.
