Ingredients

150 g oats
150 g coconut
100 g dried nuts
150 g dried fruit
50 g flaxseed
50 g sesame seeds
150 ml of honey
80 ml sesame oil or coconut oil
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
½ teaspoon of powdered ginger
½ teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

For serving:

250 g "Prince" Dessert Kalogeraki (with yoghurt culture)

Method

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

In a bowl, add all the solids and spices and mix them as well as you can. Then, lay them on a griddle.

Lightly heat the honey, the sesame oil and the vanilla extract on a low heat by using the ben-mari method.

Pour this mixture into the griddle with the ingredients and mix it until it has a uniform effect.

Put the griddle in the oven and cook for 35-40 minutes at 170 ° C. Our granola is ready!

Once it has cooled down, break it into pieces and store it in an airtight jar.

Put "Prince" Dessert Kalogeraki (with yoghurt culture) in bowl. Serve it with granola pieces and fresh fruit!


Tips:

  • Instead of sesame oil, we can use coconut oil and / or olive oil.
  • We can use any kind of nuts and dried fruits.
  • If the taste of ginger is too strong, don't use it!
