Cured beef pie with Graviera with Oregano- Ti-Riganato

2 sheets of puff pastry

500 gr. Kalogeraki Ti-Riganato cheese

4 tomatoes, peeled

8 slices of Cured beef, finely chopped

1 egg white

Freshly ground pepper

Sesame seeds




Grate the cheese on the thick side of the grater, cut the tomatoes into slices and remove the seeds. Place one sheet of puff pastry in a pan and spread half the amount of cheese. Add the tomatoes and the Cured beef in layers, finish with the rest of the cheese and a little pepper.

Close the pie with the other puff pastry sheet, spread with the egg white and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake at 180o C for 45-50 'and serve.
