Turkey with vegetables and Cretan Graviera

Ingredients for 2 people:
1 turkey leg
plenty of olive oil
1 large clove of garlic
4-5 peeled carrots
4-5 potatoes cut into cubes
Aromatic balsamic of your choice
red peppers cut into 4
1 cup cubes of Ripe Kalogeraki Graviera
rosemary or other herbs of your choice
salt and pepper
Implementation:
First we prepare a very easy marinade with olive oil, balsamic, garlic and rosemary and dip the turkey in it.
Leave covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. If we have the opportunity, we put it on at night.
Transfer it to a pan lined with oil paste and place the potatoes, carrots and peppers around it. Pour the marinade over all the food, season with salt and pepper and cover with another piece of oil paste.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover, scatter all over the pan cubes of Ripe Kaloveraki Grilled Meat and transfer back to the oven for another 10 ', until the food is well browned and the gruyere has melted.
