Ajem pilaf with Anthotyros Dry

Ingredients

 

250 gr. rice

50 gr. angel hair

1 onion, finely chopped

700 ml. hot meat broth

20 ml. olive oil

50 gr. butter

80 gr. Anthotyros Dry Kalogeraki

50 gr. almonds, scraped

1 cinnamon stick

Freshly ground pepper

Salt

 

Implementation

 

In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the onion for 2 ', add the almonds, cinnamon and rice. Once the rice is polished, add the vermicelli, butter, pepper, broth and salt.

Lower the heat, cover and cook until the rice absorbs the liquids, stirring 1-2 times.

Remove, add the Anthotyros Dry and serve with lemonade or braised meat.

Tips:

We can add some black currants to the rice
