Ingredients
For the meatballs
400 gr. chicken fillet
1 onion, grated
2 garlic cloves, grated
4 slices of toast bread
1 egg
150gr Cretan Graviera Kalogeraki, grated
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. mustard
½ tsp. oregano
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
For the tomato sauce
500gr tomatoes, grated
1 tbsp. tomato paste
5 basil leaves
1 tbsp. sugar
20ml olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

Implementation
Use a multi-mixer so that the toasted bread will become breadcrumbs and the chicken fillet will become minced chicken meat.
Put all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl, knead and roll meatballs, place them on baking paper and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Put all the ingredients for the tomato sauce in a pan and once it's cooked, add the meatballs and leave them for a while before you serve.
Tips:
You can also use turkey fillet.
