Ingredients:
1 Lamb leg in portions
3 garlic cloves
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
Juice of 2 lemons
½ cup of olive oil
500 gr. "Prince" Dessert with Yogurt Culture Kalogeraki
200 gr. Premium Graviera with 5 peppers Kalogeraki (in cubes)
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Implementation:
Wash the meat well, add salt & pepper and transfer to a clay pot or a deep pan. Add the garlic cloves, thyme, pour over the lemon and olive oil. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Then remove from the oven and transfer all the juices to a large bowl. Add "Prince" Dessert with Yoghurt Culture Kalogeraki and eggs and mix well. Pour the mixture over the meat and put the Premium Graviera with 5 peppers Kalogeraki all over the surface. Close and bake for another 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Tips: If we want a more intense color on the surface, uncover the last 10 minutes.
