Kagianas with Traditionally Cretan Cheese

Ingredients

1000 g ripe tomatoes, grated
8 eggs
40 ml olive oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. oregano
250 g Traditionally Cretan Cheese Kalogeraki
Freshly ground pepper
Salt

 

Implementation

Put the tomatoes with a pinch of salt in a large pan and cook them until your mix is dry.

Then add half of the quantity of the Traditionally Cretan Cheese Kalogeraki crushed or in small pieces. Keep going by adding the sugar, the olive oil, the oregano, the eggs and enough pepper.

Mix it and cook until the eggs are ready and serve with the rest of the the Traditionally Cretan Cheese Kalogeraki.

Tips: You may add 100gr of Cretan Apaki.
