The semi-sweet taste of Graviera is combined with 4 types of peppers in a uniquely delightful cheese for the most sophisticated palates.

Graviera with 4 Peppers Kalogeraki is another creative combination with mellow and spicy flavor. It is made from fresh sheep & goat milk and it matures for at least 3 months.

Texture and Color: It is characterized as a hard, very light yellow-colored table cheese with asymmetric holes. It contains 4 types of pepper which make its texture slightly rough.

Taste: particularly pleasant and slightly spicy with a rich, fresh milk and pepper taste & aroma.

“Key to success”: The constantly excellent quality and taste of our milk which comes from livestock grazing in mountain and foothill areas of Crete, an island blessed with rich flora.

The production process of all our products is certified according to ISO 22000:2005 quality assurance system and that of IFS standard (International Food Safety).

Pasteurized sheep and goat milk with a minimum of 80% in sheep and a maximum of 20% in goat milk, lactic acid, rennet, salt (<2%), 4 peppers: red, white, black, green.
