Ingredients

4 chicken chicken
150 g mixed olives
200 g Traditional Cretan cheese Kalogeraki 
200 g of tomato sauce
2 onions dry or 1 water-repellent
2-3 peppers
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
50 ml olive oil
Salt
Freshly ground pepper

Method

In a large frying pan, sauté the chicken cubes with some olive oil until they get color from all sides and transfer them to a large pan.

Then thicken all the vegetables and add them to the pan.

Mix in a bowl all the herbs, tomato sauce, olive oil, sugar, salt pepper and pour over with this pancake content.

Add the olives, Traditional Cretan cheese cut into large cubes and cover the baking pan with baking paper.

Bake in a well preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35 minutes. Remove the paper and continue for another 10 minutes.
