Beetroot salad with sour apple and "Prince" Dessert with yoghurt culture

Ingredients

300 gr. "Prince" Dessert with yoghurt culture Kalogeraki
2 boiled beetroot bulbs
1 sour apple, coarsely grated
1 tbsp. black currants
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. coriander, finely chopped
4 mint leaves, finely chopped
30 ml olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
Salt

 

Implementation

Grate the beetroot bulbs and let them dry for a while.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add vinegar and salt according to your taste.

Serve the beetroot salad cool.

 

Tips:

- Instead of coriander you may use parsley.
