Baked pasta with spinach, tomato and mizithra

Ingredients for 4 people/ portions:

300gr rigatoni boiled
300gr spinach
300gr Mizithra with Semi- Sour Taste KALOGERAKI
400gr grated tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
5 cherry tomatoes cut in half
3 tbsp fennel
3-4 basil leaves
30ml olive oil
3 tbsp Grated Graviera KALOGERAKI
Salt
Pepper

Implementation

Put the grated tomatoes, the tomato paste, the cherry tomatoes and the basil in a pan and add salt and pepper.

Boil the sauce.

Add the spinach and fennel.

In a fireproof utensil, mix the oregano, the sauce and the mizithra.

Add the grated cheese and bake for 15 'at 180 C.
